My panettone experience was the single most frustrating and stressful experience I have had in my short baking life. So naturally, I must try it again this year.
What a weekend. So much is going on. Sometimes when things seem overwhelming, make bread. Work those negative emotions out, then eat them, then.... well you know what happens to them. This is therapy.
I didn't theoretically do anything wrong. It was an unfortunate tale of an oven that was out of commission for 3 days.
I decided making panettone was a good idea. So I went through a long and tedious process as a result of my arrogance.
