I like enriched bread. Sweet and fluffy and with extra fruits and spices. I don't care they take extra time to make, it is so worth it.
I am very good at making chiffon cakes. But well you know, something can always go wrong.
I made this a good six times before trying to share my results with you. I didn't do very well in appearance, but they were very tasty.
I tried to make more cupcakes, this time a bit more springy looking and summery flavoured, cuz I can't wait for this grey rain to be over!
I was invited to a baby shower and someone is already bringing cupcakes, so this is my plan B. MOAR CHOUX
I am really getting into the whole choux pastry thing, so making more choux pastry for a special dinner!
I need to learn some lessons so fail cakes doesn't happen at the worst possible time. Maybe I will learn it in 2018? :>
